Which one fits?

Pick Mac if…

You want the most stable long-term setup, full local file access, and you're happy buying a small dedicated machine ($1,200–$2,000 once). Best long-term economics.

Pick Windows if…

You already have a Windows PC sitting in the office, you don't want to buy new hardware, and you're comfortable with the occasional manual restart.

Pick Cloud if…

You don't want to think about hardware at all, you've got no spare PC, or you want the simplest possible "set and forget" setup — happy to pay a bit more monthly.

Deployment questions.

Yes. We can migrate Mac ↔ Windows ↔ Cloud. There's a small migration fee ($500) to cover the rebuild & data transfer. We'll quote it precisely if/when you want to switch.
No. Buy directly from Apple — you save the markup, you own it outright, you can claim it as a business asset. We just tell you the spec and configure it once it arrives.
Mac & Windows: the agent auto-restarts on power-on. Cloud: zero impact — runs on a different network entirely. For Mac/Windows, a $40 UPS handles short blips; for full redundancy, Cloud is the safest bet.
Different security model. Mac/Windows = your data stays on your machine, behind your firewall. Cloud = encrypted in transit + at rest, hosted in AU data centres, dedicated VM per client (no shared tenants). Both are secure for normal small to mid-market business data.
On Enterprise tier yes — e.g. one Mac for the office, one cloud agent for after-hours. Each agent is configured separately. Talk to us about specifics.
Default to Mac mini if you want top stability and lowest long-term cost. Default to Cloud if you want zero hardware hassle and don't mind +$100/mo. We talk this through during the discovery call.
